Організації третього сектору в розвитку сільського господарства: перспективи договірного ціноутворення / Валентинов В. Л. // Економіка АПК. - 2013. - № 1 - С. 104

Теорія суспільного поділу праці стверджує про існування двох альтернативних базових механізмів задоволення людських потреб: обмін і самозабезпечення. Трансакційні витрати, обмежуючи можливості обміну, створюють функціональну нішу для самозабезпечення, що може здійснюватися в інституційних рамках організацій третього сектора, поєднуючих приватний характер із неприбутковою орієнтацією. У статті стверджується, що особливості сільських територій відображаються у «територіально-специфічних» трансакційних витратах, наслідком яких є створення функціональної ніші для сільських організацій третього сектора. Напрями досліджень, що випливають з наведеної аргументації, покладено в основу дослідницького проекту, що фінансується Фольксваген-Фондом і координується автором. Рис.: 1.
