Methodological basis for finding social solutions in agrarian policies / Kvasha S.M. // Ekonomika APK. - 2013. - № 8 - P. 12

An article suggests a new approach towards the essencce of Ukraininan agrarian policy, its aims, principles, factors and conditionas of realisation of adoption of new legal bills aimed at the perspective development of the brunch up to 2020. The necessity of consideration of social, political and economic consequences for the state and for all economic and social groups within the process of agrarian decision-making. The article provides a theoretical grounds for adoption of new normative legal documents for th agrarian sector of economy of Ukraine, on the bases of methodological approach rooted in the Public Choice Theory. Another significant pattern is the social and economic evaluation of the consequences of the taken decisions that is based on the Welfare economics theory. Refs.: 12.
