Conceptual approaches to research on innovative potential for natural sugar substitutes on example of stevia / Novytskyi K.O. // Ekonomika APK. - 2014. - № 6 - P. 58

The conceptual approaches to research on science-intensive manufacturing process of products with double social economic importance on example of the most perspective from modern natural sugar substitutes – stevia, were formed. The components for economic process were formed; the spheres of application were determined, as well as “tender” points that appear at manufacture of products, which influences on public health and thus require the special attention from the state. It was proved that if business joins to this process, it shall be motivated by establishment of the corresponding economic conditions at manufacture of social important products. The problems that direct the work to implementation of innovative potential for natural sugar substitutes on example of stevia through construction of highly efficient science-intensive manufacturing process of products with social economic importance in plant growing were underlined.
