Organization and planning of agroindustrial production and rural area complex development under the conditions of power decentralization / Kropyvko M.F. // Ekonomika APK. - 2014. - № 7 - P. 109

The article highlights basic approaches towards social vulnerable contradictions for securing the complex development of agroindustrial production and rural territories under conditions of power decentralisation, such as: contradictions between the augmentation of level of competitiveness of enterprises and agricultural units and decrease of their contribution to the social development of rural territories via substantial development of agro-industrial cluster systems; contradiction between implementation of modern technological and management innovations into agro-industrial production and collupse of “hopeless” rural settlements as a result of scientific and technical revolution and gradual concentration of the majority of rural residents in locations of agro-industrial capacities that povide jobs; contradictions between multiple tasks of local state authorities and self-regulation bodies in the field of the development of agro-industrial production via implementation of systematic regulatory documents for balanced development of agriculture and rural territories, and agricultural production standards.
