Virtual communications and their influence on efficiency of an activity of agricultural entities / Bezus R.M., Lebid O.V. // Ekonomika APK. - 2014. - № 11 - P. 68

The article studies the influence of communicational skills of agricultural enterprise directors on the business efficiency and profitability. The main types of a human factor influence on the efficiency increase of the agricultural entity production are determined. The qualitative features of a modern director required to perform successful management in such unpredictable segment of economy as agriculture are indicated. The social transition to the network age, which significantly expands communication possibilities and improves the agriculture entity director communication, is considered. As it was determined, female directors are more adapted to the virtual communication and the connections maintenance. This is proved by the more active usage of social networks. The usage of social networks inversely relates to the share of profit in general enterprise revenues. Tabl.: 2. Figs.: 7. Refs.: 27.
