Reform of the system of agricultural sector in terms of decentralization of power and development of integration processes / Kropyvko M.F. // Ekonomika APK. - 2016. - № 6 - P. 26

The objective of the paper is to highlight key findings and proposals for the research team of scientists of NSC "Institute of agrarian economy" on the organization and management of comprehensive development of agricultural production and rural areas. The conclusions and propositions according to results of the research of organization and governance problems of complex development of agriculture and rural areas in terms of decentralization of authority and integration to the European Union have been expounded. The main directions of institutional changes in the management system of development of agriculture and agribusiness have been grounded: deregulation of business activity; development of agricultural extension service; development of self-regulation and self-organization in the agri-food sector; the introduction of strategic governance of complex development of agriculture and rural areas; optimization of the organizational structure and functions of government of development of the agrarian sector of the economy.
